Bliss Direct, the team behind the truly revolutionary AppealMaker* direct mail software platform, is hiring its eighth team member and seeking someone with customer communication skills, a marketing mind, and graphic design software skills. We serve nonprofits across the United States, helping them communicate their mission through direct mail, which is still the most successful marketing method they use, only we make it easier, less expensive, and more effective. This role combines creative freedom, technical precision, and meaningful work within a collaborative, no-boss culture.

What You’ll Do

• Help clients launch direct mail campaigns through the AppealMaker software, including demonstrating the platform to new clients.
• Work directly in our proprietary AppealMaker software to create and customize campaign components
• Clean up and prepare customer-provided artwork for print production (bleeds, crops, fonts, and color profiles)
• Set up new customer design accounts and manage design templates
• Design graphics for internal marketing projects such as websites, digital ads, email campaigns, and print promotions
• Create and maintain reusable design templates within the AppealMaker platform
• Assist with customer support via chat, video calls, or screen sharing
• Collaborate on new creative concepts and marketing initiatives with our internal team

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• Hands-on print production experience including prepress setup, and color management.
• Experience designing direct mail materials, brochures, and multi-component packages
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Familiarity with nonprofit or marketing agency environments is a plus
