Overview

The mission of the Senior Solutions Consultant is to configure and demonstrate the value of Legions nextgeneration workforce management technology to prospective customers. This highly customerfacing role partners with the Enterprise Sales team to impress prospects with tailored presentations and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Be an expert for all Legion products.
  • Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunities across demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations, technical RFP responses, and business justification in a presales capacity.
  • Define and present how Legions platform addresses the critical business and operational issues that prospects face; form a deep understanding of a prospects business and technical environment.
  • Identify potential risks/gaps and eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Travel to field events such as meetings and conferences as needed.
  • Participate in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions.

Professional Background and Experience

  • 5+ years of software presales experience.
  • Technical skills: SQL, Unix, ability to use Postman to access API endpoints, familiarity with scripting languages, Excel file manipulation, and data configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customerfacing skills; ability to communicate at all levels in the customer organization.
  • Superior organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Desire to work in a fastpaced, challenging environment; earlystage startup experience desired.
  • Experience in labor operations and/or Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industries is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $155,000 - $170,000 plus bonus and stock.
