Senior Full Stack Engineer

If you are a Senior Full Stack Engineer with Python experience, please read on! 

• $160k - $180 Base with 20% - 25% annual bonus

• Full-time/Permanent
• Remote w/ a monthly visit to LA office(may be fully remote once established)

Tech stack - This role will be roughly 70% backend / 30% frontend

• Python / FastAPI
• Postgres/Supabase
• React, Tanstack, Tailwind/shadcn
• AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Render / Github

• AI-powered back-office apps that eliminate 1000's of hours of work

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years building software
• Experience working in the real estate industry, or experience building against large data sets or workflows
• You code with Cursor (or Windsurf/Copilot/etc)
• You've built side projects for fun
• You appreciate rapid development on modern frameworks
• You're comfortable working on CI/CD deployments with GitHub, Render, or similar
• You don't need to be an AI expert - but you need to be AI-curious and sharp (we can teach you)
• A BA in a tech-related field or comparable hands-on experience, along with applicable and relevant certifications, is preferred.
