Key Requirements:

• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Recording financial transactions
• Reconciling accounts and preparing basic reports
• Assisting with invoices and payments
• Supporting general office accounting tasks

 

Position Details:

• Part-time schedule with flexible hours
• Work on-site at our Livonia corporate office
