COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Orthopedic Surgeon

• Excellent base salary of $575,000 with additional production incentives. Base salary is guaranteed.
• Attractive sign-on bonus of $100,000.
• Generous relocation assistance of up to $25,000.
• $500 paid call, with physicians taking second call behind mid-level providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

• Join a well-established team in a hospital-employed setting.
• Work within a 133-bed hospital with a collaborative environment.
• Become part of a group consisting of 2 orthopedic surgeons.
• Shared call schedule of 1:3 ensures a balanced workload.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Must be Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons.
• Open to J1 visa sponsorship.
• A collegial attitude, team player, and able to work well within a team setting.
• North Carolina state license or ability to obtain one is required.
