To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Lead Value Consultant to join our founding Value Management team. This role will be responsible for scaling and executing the strategy, structure, and operational effectiveness of the Value Management program, which is dedicated to bringing business value to life throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is vital in enhancing how Grammarly articulates and delivers measurable outcomes for our customers, ensuring that our value initiatives are meticulously aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

As Lead Value Consultant, you will establish a centralized center of excellence that collaborates intimately with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and our Partner ecosystem. This represents a significant opportunity to shape a comprehensive customer value strategy at scale, thereby driving impactful outcomes for both Grammarly and our customers.

Grammarly takes a marketbased approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
