About Us

Founded in 2013, Authority Dock and Door is built on honesty, integrity, and a commitment to doing the job right. We stand out in the commercial dock and door industry because we take on everything —from the simplest designs to the most complex integrations—managing every project from concept to completion.

We are a small, close-knit team where everyone’s contribution is valued, recognized, and appreciated. Because of our size and our strong reputation, our technicians get to work on a wide variety of small and large projects—far more diverse than what our competitors typically offer. This gives every team member the chance to constantly grow, learn new systems, and expand their skill set.

Our steady, continuous growth has created an exciting opportunity for YOU , a motivated team player, to join us. We foster a culture of learning, collaboration, open-door ownership, and personal and professional development. We truly believe in taking care of our people and giving them every opportunity to succeed.

If you’re looking for a company where your work matters, where no two days are the same, and where you can build a long-term career with room to grow—this is the place.
