What You’ll Do
  • Create with AI : Turn scripts, briefs, and ideas into engaging video, motion, AR, and interactive experiences using generative AI tools like Runway ML, Veo 3, Sora, Pika Labs, Kling, and more.
  • Collaborate on Craft: Partner with creative teams - copywriters, designers, strategists, and editors - to shape narrative, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Prototype & Refine : Quickly generate multiple creative concepts via prompt experimentation and guide revisions that balance brand tone and visual artistry.
  • Co‑Develop Creative Tooling : Work closely with space150’s engineers to shape, refine, and optimize our internal AI tooling, platforms, and access systems—ensuring seamless integration and enhanced creative workflows.
  • Champion Innovation : Stay ahead of generative AI trends, pilot new capabilities, and bring fresh formats to client campaigns.
  • Elevate Standards : Elevate the quality, brand alignment, visual polish, ethical presentation, and consistent tone of all outputs—ensuring excellence at every stage.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in a creative production role (e.g., motion design, video production, creative content), with 18+ months of hands-on experience using tools like Veo 3, Runway ML, Sora, or similar.
  • A standout portfolio of generative AI-led work—especially video and motion pieces—highlighting strong storytelling and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, especially with upscaling and delivering social-ready content.
  • A creative mindset that thrives on iteration, experimentation, and visual problem-solving.
  • Collaborative spirit: adept at giving and receiving creative feedback and working closely with teammates.
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable presenting work, guiding non-technical teams, and creating documentation.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in AR/interactive or experiential formats.
  • Familiarity with LLMs or diffusion-model fine-tuning.
  • Background with brand-driven verticals (fashion, beauty, luxury, tech).
  • Awareness of AI ethics, creative credit, consent, and bias concerns.

Benefits

At space150, we are committed to pay transparency and equity in accordance with applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $115,000 annually. The salary range for this role is based on numerous factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
