As an Entry-Level Financial Representative Trainee, you will immerse yourself in a comprehensive training program that provides you with the necessary skills to excel in marketing Individual Insurance products and building a sustainable financial practice.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Participating in a comprehensive training program to develop your skills in providing holistic financial advice to clients, involving active engagement in discussions, goal setting, and evaluations.
  • Gaining valuable experience in marketing Individual Insurance products and successfully completing a sales process competency test.
  • Cultivating vital prospecting skills such as research, networking, and communication through personal networks, community events, and social media engagement.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features and benefits.
  • Managing the completion of content, proposals, and paperwork to ensure a seamless application and underwriting process.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

  • Successfully meet all trainee program requirements to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel.
  • Obtain required insurance licenses before your start date, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check during the hiring process and maintain ongoing compliance; securities licensing is required within 24 months of program entry.
  • Be highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion by valuing various perspectives and demonstrating curiosity in your work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance/Financial Services industry, its products, and marketing strategies.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
