Pay Range: $25-$28 per hour, based on experience

We are actively seeking a qualified
Dispatcher / Installation Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Whittier, NC. This role is essential in supporting HVAC installation operations by efficiently coordinating schedules, managing incoming service requests, and maintaining communication between customers and technicians.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering long-term stability with a well-established company in the HVAC industry.
Job Description - Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on customer needs, job urgency, and technician availability
- Answer and manage incoming service calls, ensuring prompt and professional customer service
- Coordinate and communicate scheduling details with both customers and field teams
- Maintain accurate records of work requests, completed jobs, service charges, and related documentation
- Provide technicians with clear job details and updates throughout the day
- Monitor ongoing jobs and address any delays or issues in scheduling
- Utilize scheduling software and internal systems to manage daily operations
Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a similar administrative support role
- Prior experience in the HVAC or skilled trades industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications; familiarity with ServiceTitan or Google Suite is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
