Tyler Technologies is looking for DevOps Engineer Interns to join our team next summer! The DevOps Engineer Intern plays a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments. This position supports the Technical and Cloud Services group in delivering automation-first solutions that enhance the reliability, performance, and efficiency of applications serving courts and public safety organizations. The engineer will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure seamless delivery of software products.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., CloudWatch, DataDog, ELK Stack) to proactively detect and resolve issues.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
