My Senior Health Plan is looking for upbeat, compassionate individuals who possess native level fluency in both English and Spanish, are hardworking, reliable, and committed to doing their best every day! Essential Responsibilities:

  1. THIS IS A FULL TIME, ONSITE POSITION. This is NOT a Remote/Hybrid position.
  2. Responds to customer inquiries and issues with thoroughness, professionalism, & in a timely manner.
  3. Efficiently processes administrative tasks as assigned, adjusting workload for occasional outbound calling or data input projects.

Essential Duties:

  1. Be able to communicate professionally with both English speaking and Spanish speaking clients (Native level fluency required in reading/writing/speaking)
  2. Outbound/inbound calling projects
  3. Answer incoming calls and fielding appropriately through an automatic dialer
  4. Transfers viable leads to My Senior Health Plan Inc. sales team
  5. Completes intake of prospect and client data through CRM (Salesforce).
  6. Data entry of incoming leads
  7. General data input
  8. Respond to client emails
  9. Customer service
  10. Organizes, files, and faxes applications and documents
  11. Back-up to all Administrative functions
  12. Working closely with the Administrative Team to continue development

Schedule:

  1. 8 hour shift
  2. Day shift
  3. Monday to Friday

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of)
  2. +3 years of administrative/clerical experience
  3. Fluent in English and Spanish
  4. Experience with CRMs
  5. Excellent phone presence
  6. Excellent command of written and spoken English
  7. Professional and personable demeanor
  8. Highly organized
  9. Detail-oriented
  10. Proficiency with all MS Office applications
  11. Excellent multi-tasker
  12. Eagerness to learn new tasks and grow with the company
  13. Initiative to take on additional responsibilities
  14. Open and enthusiastic about coaching
  15. Maintains a sense of urgency with all tasks
  16. Experience with auto-dialer preferred
