Job Summary:
We are seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Survey Interviewer to gather guest feedback and insights across various areas of our casino operations. This role is essential to enhancing the guest experience, informing marketing strategies, and supporting operational improvements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with diverse guests on the casino floor, accurately recording responses, and maintaining discretion.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or data collection
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
Understanding of casino operations and guest service standards
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy casino environment
